Author Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors must strictly adhere to the conference proceeding template when preparing their manuscripts.

  • 1The abstract word limit is 150 to 250 words.
  • 2Include 4 to 6 keywords.
  • 3Submit the manuscript without author affiliation for the blind review process.
  • 4The article must not exceed 8 pages, including the references section.

Paper Submission

Papers should be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT conference management system. The submission site will be open from April 1, 2025.

Submission Instructions

  1. Create an account on the Microsoft CMT system (if you don't already have one).
  2. Log in to the system and select "ICCSAI 2025".
  3. Click on "Create a New Submission" and follow the instructions.
  4. Upload your paper as a PDF file.
  5. Enter all required metadata (title, abstract, keywords, topics).
  6. Add all authors and their affiliations.
  7. Review your submission and submit.
